- Access existing accessible fixed-route transportation because that transportation is not available at the needed time on that route.

Paratransit Service for Steubenville, Mingo Junction, and Wintersville OH
The Steel Valley Regional RTA request that passengers schedule your trip at least one business day in advance. Paratransit service is available to residents with disabilities in Steubenville, Mingo Junction, and Wintersville, OH. Paratransit runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 a.m. to 8:05 p.m. We also run paratransit service on Saturdays and Holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
